Beautiful classic planter from the Napoleon III period. Sound wood, two-tone mahogany/ebony colors, marquetry, and brass decorative elements. The sobriety of the appearance of this planter allows it to blend into different types of decoration; ideal for decorating a winter garden, veranda, or for resting objects from a cabinet of curiosities. Used condition, with paint chips and a slightly warped brass frieze (see photos).
