Of saint-etienne origin, this very old basket (early 20th) attributed to the miners on their arrival at the mine, allowed to place their clothes, suspended in height in order to dry faster. (see the hanging room at the st etienne mine museum) Made of zinc and braided wire. Traces of use and time (rust). Lots of charm in the garden... Total height with hook about 80 cm.
