Rosewood dining table with integrated extensions — Denmark, 1960s

Rectangular dining table in rosewood, Danish-inspired, from the late 1950s / early 1960s. Double-thick top with integrated extensions — seats 4 when closed, 8 when extended. Tapered solid wood legs. Remarkable rosewood grain, deep shades from warm brown to black. Very good condition: a few fine veneer jumps on the edge of the extensions and slight marks at the joints. Signs of age, nothing that compromises the overall elegance. Dimensions: L 131 cm (231 cm extended) × W 87 × H 75 cm.
