1950s desk

Vintage sewing machine cabinet from the 50s/60s transformed into a desk. The cabinet has been converted into a storage space with a removable access flap on top. The desk features a double top, one of which folds down to allow access to this space and to double the work surface. It also has a pivoting drawer at the front for storing small utensils and pencils, two large drawers on the side, and a niche above. The cabinet and drawers have been repainted in Velvet Black from @Libéron. The stunning tapered legs, the drawer front, and the tops have been left in raw wood and then protected with a light oak varnish. A piece of furniture that has a lot of style with its tapered legs and diagonal top. Dimensions: W.85 (W. Open top: 132.5cm) X D.46 X H.73.5cm. Dimensions for chair/leg passage: W.55 X H.55cm.
