Scandinavian oak bench with drawer

Swedish 'gossip chair' from the 1960s. This piece of furniture is distinguished by its original shape given by the presence of a frame with a drawer that rests interlockingly on the top. Once used for being able to talk on the telephone while sitting comfortably next to the handset, hence the name 'gossip chair'. Ideal as an entryway, hallway or bedroom cabinet. Good condition.
