Re-upholstered Nanna Ditzel armchair, 1950’s

This unique armchair is a design by the danish nanna ditzel and dates from the 1950s. The ‘balloon chair’ has just arrived from the upholsterer. The lounge chair has been reupholstered in a warm taupe-colored boucle fabric. The chair stands on 4 wooden legs with brass-colored metal caps and has 2 wooden armrests. Light signs of wear consistent with the age of the wood. Cuddly danish design! Nanna ditzel is a legendary danish designer.
