Large white opaline pendant light, Ivan Jakes design, 1960s

Large white opaline pendant light by Czechoslovakian designer Ivan Jakes, late 1960s. The design of this pendant light with its raised globe is inspired by the Space Age and Op Art movements, two booming movements during this period. The pendant light has been re-electrified and is compatible with an E14 LED bulb. Globe dimensions: 35 X 35 X 33 cm. Total height: 82 cm.
