Beautiful vintage bowl/salad bowl in white glazed terracotta, featuring the characteristic crackle of Biot ceramics. This piece is handcrafted on a potter's wheel, with a beautifully highlighted relief border that accentuates its shape. The base bears an impressed mark/signature, a testament to artisanal craftsmanship. A decorative bowl full of charm, perfect as a centrepiece, fruit bowl, or decorative object in a vintage, Mediterranean, or country home interior. Very good vintage condition.
