Elegant pair of two-light candlesticks in Empire style, made of patinated brass on natural black stone bases (slate or black schist). They have a very beautiful decorative presence with their sober and balanced lines, typical of the Empire reinterpretations of the Belle Époque. The contrast between the golden-brown patina of the metal and the black bases gives them a lot of character. The candlesticks are in good overall condition with a uniform old patina, some signs of use and oxidation consistent with their age, contributing to their authentic charm.
