Baker's lamp "Fournanty Paris" restored 1940-1950

It once illuminated the mouth of the oven, where the heat is dense and the light is rare… This baker's lamp signed Fournanty Paris has lost none of its character. Its reflector made of black enamelled sheet metal on the outside and white on the inside bears the marks of time – those little chips that tell its story without detracting from its presence. The wooden handle fits well in the hand, and the triangular cast iron support gives it that raw and industrial look that I love so much. Fully refurbished, it is now ready for a second life: original brass socket, rewired, light brown textile cord with switch.
