Vintage 70s flower power napkins, set of 12.

Here is a set of 12 table napkins straight out of the 70s! Large flowers, in orange and brown, you can't get more vintage or more "flower power"! They will bring good cheer and sunshine to your table. And in my opinion, they have never been used! They have no labels, and all have an unhemmed edge (an edge that doesn't fray, "naturally", as it is not cut, the edge of the fabric roll); I suspect they are a "homemade" creation, artisanal, as was common before the 80s: fabric bought by the metre, cut, hemmed by the household seamstress (at that time, there wasn't a household without a sewing machine, often a Singer machine, built into a piece of furniture, non-electric, operated with a foot pedal, can you picture your grandmother So can I; ) by the way, I still have her machine but unfortunately, I haven't found the time to repair it yet). They may have been a wedding gift, and as fashion changed, with "flower power" patterns no longer in style, they were kept without ever being used. They are in very good condition, no stains, no holes, but with small original defects inherent to the fabric's manufacturing at the time and the homemade finish: some patterns are not centred, a few have small printing defects (light areas, see photo) and seams with minor "imperfections" at the corners. They measure approximately 44 cm by 43 cm.
