A striking large (46 cm) studio pottery vase by Kasper Mobach, eighth-generation ceramist of the legendary Mobach atelier, established in Utrecht in 1895. The sculptural form features a sinuous, undulating silhouette hand-thrown on the wheel and finished in a luminous cream glaze with characteristic craquelure. Hand-painted decoration of sage green and rose vertical lines intersects horizontal banded registers, creating a bold yet refined graphic composition. Each piece from Kasper Mobach is a unique one-off, signed by the maker and stamped with the Mobach Utrecht mark.
