Superb low buffet, modernist sideboard, late Art Deco made of flame-marked and symmetrical rosewood veneer, characteristic of high-end French design from the 1940s-50s. The carefully composed graphic façade features a play of symmetry and shimmering grains, typical of creations attributed to Jean Pascaud, Jules Leleu, or Maison Rinck. The clean lines are subtly highlighted by geometric inlays and slightly raised vertical supports. The piece rests on an elegant tapered black base, finished with brass tips, enhancing its airy and modernist profile. The top, also in rosewood, displays a central panel with a natural black decoration (wood knot or inlay), framed by a contrasting inlay, adding a very contemporary graphic touch. This buffet combines the refinement of precious wood with architectural sobriety, emblematic of custom-made furniture for prestigious interiors of that era. Composed of four doors with shelves and five integrated drawers, it offers a generous storage volume. Very good overall condition. Glossy varnished finish. Light signs of use consistent with age. Dimensions: H99 W228 D51 Delivery possible throughout France.
