Old Sarreguemines service for 8 people

Magnificent old service composed of 8 dinner plates and 8 soup plates, a large vegetable bowl on a pedestal and a sauce boat. The wing of each plate is formed with a superb rocaille decoration of twisted beaded ribs mixed with bouquets of blue flowers placed by transfer. The whole is of great finesse. The mark under each piece “decor 18 – faïenceries de sarreguemines”, allows us to date this production between 1890 and 1918. The whole is in an exceptional state of conservation for its age, very beautiful whiteness, very few traces of wear . With the exception of the sauce boat which shows a change in color and a shine.
