Louis philippe period and style mirror circa 1880. Its strength its height and its small width! Golden mirror with gold leaf in use. (note on the bottom erased) The stucture of the mirror is like all those of this period, wood covered with stucco and gold leaf. (stucco is a melage of bone glue, nerve and meudon white) covered with red clay and gold leaf. Mercury mirror with a few traces of wear on the mirror making it its charm for lovers of authenticity! The mirror retains its original wooden rear.
