Hollow plates in Porcelain from Foëcy - Louis Lourioux - 1930 A magnificent set of 8 hollow plates (soup plates) in fine porcelain, made by the famous French porcelain maker Louis Lourioux in Foëcy (Cher). • Style: Classic floral decoration in the "Old Paris" type with bouquets of roses, forget-me-nots, and wildflowers. • Finish: Scalloped edge with a fine gold trim and an inner blue line highlighting the basin. • Period: Mid-20th century (1930s) • Diameter 23 cm Height 4 cm • Excellent overall condition. The porcelain is very white, the colours remain vibrant, and the gilding is very well preserved. No major cracks or chips. Ideal for an elegant and refined table, or to complete a collector's service.
