Superb traditional Moroccan ceramic vase from Safi, circa 1920. In shades of cobalt blue, opaline green, yellow ochre and brick red, typical colors of the Safi region, the pottery is signed "abdou", potential master ceramist between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. All around we find an accumulation of blue flower patterns as well as yellow dots of different sizes painted by hand, which can remind us of the coastal and sunny region of Safi. The object can be matched with a "ceramic pot from Safi, Morocco, circa 1920" for sale on my online store. Elongated in shape with double handle, its width is 25cm, height 25cm and the neck is 11cm. Manual and artisanal painting, authentic period manufacture. Few manufacturing defects are present despite the artisanal shaping. Unique and exceptional piece that will warmly color your rooms.
