Toy, decorative painted wooden truck, early 20th century

Witness of a bygone era with a unique vintage charm with the patina of the century on the paint, an original decoration for your interior: library, office, child's room, country house living room..., here is a very old and magnificent child's toy from the last century (late 19th - early 20th century): Old truck hand-made - red synthetic steering wheel - wood and red and blue isorel - 2 directional wheels aluminum rims at the front with rubber tires - 2 rear wheels rubber rims - wooden cabin - 1 rectangle of openwork wood with spikes and removable to be placed at the rear of the truck. Total dimensions: length 60.5 cm - height approximately 33.5 cm - width with axles 23cm - steering wheel diameter 18 cm. Internal dimensions excluding cabin: 36.5 X 18 X 6 cm high - weight: 4.140 kg. Good antique condition considering its age but please note: Color paint erased by time. Old insect holes. Slightly warped wheels and rusty but operational rims. Torn hardboard wood (see photographs carefully). Rusty spikes... A small element fixing the steering axle under the cabin must be missing because it falls back on the wheels (screw the wooden square firmly by hand in the cabin). Dusted, treated against wood insects and waxed with beeswax by me, this old toy is no longer suitable for children: it is only an antique and unique interior decoration.
