Pair of 2 vintage Danish Flowerpot lamps by Verner Panton, 1968

The VP1 lamp, also known as the Flowerpot, was designed by Danish designer Verner Panton in 1968. The FlowerPot lamp is inspired by the "Flower Power" revolution of the 1960s and 1970s. The diameter of the upper sphere is exactly double that of the lower sphere, ensuring not only perfect balance but also a soft, glare-free light. The lamp's elegant and timeless shape has earned it the status of a design icon. Dimensions: Diameter 23 cm. Height 16 cm. The lamps are in almost perfect condition. This is the original first edition of the lamps made by Louis Poulsen. The lamps are enamelled and of much better quality than modern production. The lamp has been carefully cleaned, and the cable has been replaced with a new braided cable. A new metal ceiling rose is included.
