Postmodern table lamp by the Italian manufacturer Italiana Luce, based on a design by Mario Barbaglia and Marco Colombo from the 1980s. A sculptural table lamp with a changeable shape, transitioning from a long, narrow, and coherent form to one that dissolves in width. The body of the lamp is traversed by hinges to ensure its versatility. The small lamp head forms a hemisphere and is integrated into the overall shape. The base is designed as a slender cone, on top of which the lamp body rests in balance. Different levels of brightness can be adjusted using a sliding switch in the base. The lamp is in very good condition and shows barely any signs of wear.
