Important Art Deco buffet/enfilade in polychrome engraved glass with heraldic decoration – very refined and high-quality decorative work. A very spectacular piece of large dimensions resting on a plinth with sculpted feet in the shape of column bases. The front is composed of five richly decorated doors featuring glass panels in a heraldic spirit, each adorned with stylised coats of arms framed by scrolls and volutes on a golden ochre background. The whole is highlighted by a continuous decorative frame in the same spirit, offering great visual unity. The structure, made of dark-stained solid wood, contrasts elegantly with the polychromy of the panels. The sides and back are made of solid oak, of fine quality. The interior offers a large storage volume. The piece rests on a solid base enhanced by powerful turned supports, giving it a monumental appearance. Dimensions: Height 105 cm. Length 241 cm. Depth 50 cm. Period: 20th century, quality work from the 1920s-1930s. Condition: Good overall condition. Signs of use, some marks and minor alterations consistent with a decorative piece of furniture. A very beautiful decorative item, ideal for a classic interior or a characterful decor.
