Large lamp of high quality and excellent workmanship from the napoleon 3 period in magnificent condition lamp stamped hugo schneider - imported from germany - end of the 19th century - height 53 cm immerse yourself in history with this old oil lamp, authentic import from germany from the end of the 19th century, bearing the prestigious hugo schneider brand. At 53 cm high, this remarkable piece adds a touch of period charm and elegance to your decor. The punch marking on the lamp is one of the first logos of the hugo schneider brand that we used on napoleon 3 style lamps, therefore between 1863 and 1880. The factory was in paunsdorf in germany foot with a beautiful twisted column in brass, base worked in brass decorated with acanthus leaves, this is quite unusual and very original it dates from around 1850 - 1870 dimensions: height without glass: 30cm height with glass: 53cm width: 12.5 cm diameter at the base: 12 cm weight: 931/1000 grs (with or without glass) normal visible sign of wear, a very slight dent on the foot the photos are an integral part of the description of the object and allow you to see its condition, and to observe thus maximum details; which will hopefully help you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
