Safari chair or Saw chair

Safari low chair by Ole Gjerlov Knudsen created in 1960 for the Cado company. This is a reissue in tan leather from the Danish company Skovshoved Møbelfabrik, cognac color. Almost new condition, hardly used. The original name saw chair comes from the base held by a rope reminiscent of the foresters' saw. The chair can be completely dismantled without any screws. Originally created for outdoor use: camping, fishing, waterside, the covering was then in cotton and linen. Super Scandinavian interior style effect, country and optimum comfort close to the ground.
