Onnaing? Art Nouveau slipware trivet with bird decoration, ceramic trivet, 1910

This superb trivet is made of slipware from the Onnaing pottery works, most likely. It is a delightful trivet decorated with an Art Nouveau relief design: it features flowers and scrolls and is enlivened by two birds. It is glazed ceramic in shades of pink, green, orange, and brown and dates from the 1910s. There is no signature. In good condition, it measures 26 cm x 24 cm. I note some signs of wear: namely, scratches and rubbing to the glaze, a significant chip on the underside, and chips at the corners.
