Console "The Knitter", foldable, solid oak

Old Singer knitting machine table. The original top has been replaced with a new solid oak panel (thickness: 2.5 cm). The tubular metal structure of the legs has been preserved and restored. New caps. The legs are foldable. The wood used for the top is second-hand: sourced from discarded oak doors, salvaged and then dismantled into planks. Handmade by a carpenter based in Brittany. Finish: fine sanding for a very smooth touch and protected with a colourless Rubio oil that protects and nourishes the wood. Dimensions: Length 110 cm, Depth 35 cm, Height 76.5 cm. Footprint (base): 131 cm x 45 cm.
