Retro vintage 1948/1956, former sugar and its saucer stamped villeroy & boch - mettlach - made in france saar - economic union - model 7012. On a background of white earthenware, the whole is decorated with bouquets of multicolored field flowers (poppies, daisies, ears of wheat and blueberries) and golden floral motifs structured in lace. The contours are underlined with a golden border. To complete or start a series of vintage 1950's tableware. Villeroy & boch was born in 1836. Some pieces are stamped "made in france-saar economic union", an economic and political union that existed from 1947 to 1956, the land of saarland then choosing to join germany. Dimensions (cm): saucer diameter 13.5 + diameter 12 X h11. Net weight 400g.
