An old bistro set consisting of a round wrought iron table with a galvanised steel top and two folding metal chairs with wooden slats. The table likely dates from the interwar period (1920s–1940s). The folding chairs are more recent, from the mid-20th century. The set has a beautiful patina, with several layers of old paint, signs of use, and oxidation that give it a lot of charm and authenticity. The tabletop, heavily marked by time, almost resembles a lunar surface, making it a very decorative piece. Light restoration has been carried out: The table has been sanded and then protected with a high-resistance anti-rust varnish for outdoor use. The chairs have been sanded, partially repainted, and protected with a clear wood varnish. One chair has a slightly warped slat and an old paint drip. An ideal set for a balcony, terrace, or garden, in a Parisian bistro or country house style. Dimensions: Table: 54.5 X 73 X 54.5 cm. Unfolded chair: 40.5 X 79 X 47 cm. Seat height: 44.5 cm. Folded chair: 40.5 X 93 X 5.5 cm.
