Large brutalist enfilade

Stunning and imposing low buffet / sideboard in brutalist / Spanish neo-Renaissance style from the 1940s. The piece has been fully sanded to reveal the beautiful natural shade of solid light oak (raw wood effect). A black paint job has been done on the backgrounds of the sculpted panels (acanthus motifs) and on the base of the imposing ball feet, creating a modern and architectural contrast. The top surface features a very beautiful original checkerboard marquetry. Interior layout: The two large side niches have been fitted with recreated shelves as the original ones were no longer there. The central niche (behind the sculpted door) has been optimised with interior shelves for maximum storage. The interior has retained its original darker patina. Dimensions: Length 258 cm|Height 107 cm|Depth 55 cm. Very heavy and high-quality piece of furniture. Transport should be arranged with several people.
