Hat box

This old hat box from the 50s, made of cardboard protected with leather, has retained its 3 fasteners that close (without the key). It is in good condition (cardboard and leather), especially with its original handle. If these hat cases were mainly used to travel, at the time rather by train, cars or even plane, they were also used to store hairstyles. Thus, even for a more dressed evening, or for an official outing, monsieur's headgear, or the complement to madame's toilet were in perfect condition.
