MAXI BULB BY RAAK, 1960S | MEDIUM LARGE

Raak maxi light bulb model: b-1260.00 designed by the raak design team for raak in 1968. I quote from raak catalog 9: “a light bulb around a light bulb on a brass base in a transparent maxi-light bulb”. This pendant lamp was made in three sizes and this is the middle size with raak’s original ceiling mount plate (see photo). If atmosphere and mood are more important than a lot of light, an old-fashioned carbon filament lamp or a modern led lamp can be used to achieve very nice effects. The condition is still very good and the wiring has been checked by an electrician. Materials: glass and brass. Colours: gold and transparent (smoky brown).
