Table lamp in red lacquered sheet metal and chrome metal. 18 X 16 cm alain richard (1917-2006), disderot edition, circa 1955. Tube lamp. Adjustable, pivots on its foot. Z shape. Designer lamp. The brightness is also adjustable; the socket can fit into the tube for a more subdued light. The small holes then light up.
