This rare set of 4 vintage garden chairs made of bamboo was manufactured in Belgium by Schumacher in the late 1950s. It is unusual for the rattan to extend almost to the front edge of the seat, which distinguishes its design from the vast majority of simple-structured bamboo chairs. This outdoor furniture set has clearly been well maintained by previous owners, and it shows. Super chic and in very good condition, the handmade rattan is still well fitted to the black iron frame. The bamboo has a beautiful, healthy patina, making this set of four chairs the perfect choice for the pool, garden, and terrace.
