Trussant butcher's log and coe

Butcher's ball stamped trussant circa 1920 "art deco". It is entirely in plane tree with the exception of the inside of the front drawer and the vertical rear deck (it has been restored). The 100cmx 60cm tray is of good size to fit into even contemporary cuisine, it is original insofar as it has its original knife-carrying box, all its metal reinforcements, its rear deck and the manufacturer/distributor's plate. It should be noted that the tray was "turned" and reversed (when the wear was too much) which explains why the original tray is not too dug. Some small restorations have been performed on this same tray to plug small slots: it is almost 100 years old!!.
