Lloyd Loom armchair early 20th century. Lloyd loom is a weaving of iron wire wrapped in paper, the process was invented by the American Lloyd in 1917. Lloyd loom furniture, more precious than rattan, was very fashionable on cruise ships and hotels in luxury at the beginning of the last century. In good condition, solid and stable. Normal wear of the paint gives it a nice patina. Total height 66 cm. Seat height 39 cm. Total width 62 cm. Seat width 49 cm.
