Heinz Lilienthal fossil stone coffee table, 1980s

Coffee table designed by heinz lilienthal in the 80s. Golden oak structure. The fossil stone plateau features sea snails and ancient squid dating back 340 to 480 million years... A rather moving piece of history. Heinz lilienthal (1927-2006) was one of the german pioneers of glass painting for post-war church construction. He eventually became a successful table designer. Size. Width: 75.0cm. Height: 45.0cm. Depth: 130.0cm. State. Small stripes but nice general condition.
