This large decorative fish-shaped dish, in glazed ceramic, is an emblematic piece of Vallauris artisanal production, very fashionable in the 1950s and 1960s. Measuring 55 cm long by 26 cm wide, it is distinguished by a deep brown glaze contrasted by speckled white/ivory edges, typical of the "fat lava" or "drip glaze" style, highly sought after by collectors of vintage ceramics.
