Low vintage armchairs without armrests

Pair of low armchairs without armrests. I would not know how to date these seats which must nevertheless be a little old and take the name “vintage”. Completely renovated and reupholstered in the traditional way. Black patinated and waxed wooden backs and legs. The two seats, surely handcrafted, display a difference of 2 cm in height (one measures 86 cm in total height and the other 84). In addition, one of the armchairs has a slightly slanted back. This way, it cannot be seen or felt, but seen from above it is visible (see photo which nevertheless accentuates the movement). Traces of time on the wood. Seat height: 34 cm. Back height: 50. These armchairs are quite original, even atypical, which gives them a certain charm.
