Sculpted glass vase

This sculpted glass collar vase comes from an estate. I don't know if it is crystal. It is heavy, weighing 600 g. Its dimensions are: height 13.5 cm - base width 8 cm - neck width 14 cm. In very good condition... no chips. Vintage style.
