Salon of leather poufs of Peru

Imposing living room in leather original peru, composed of 6 beanbags and a "table" ottoman. This exceptional show, which dates from the early 70s, is made of a thick leather which explains its perfect state of conservation whose real rendering is much higher than that of the photos. The central ottoman is 99 cms in diameter and 60 cms in height. The 6 seatbags are 36 cms in diameter and height. The leather is 3mm thick. The décor inspired by local craftsmanship is of great finesse and avoids the representations of Inca / Aztec figures reserved for consumer products with a tourist purpose. The upholstery, probably made of rice straw, gives the whole a beautiful hold combining rigidity and comfort. The large ottoman thus enjoys a beautiful seat, which gives it the perfect stability to make it a very stable table use, but the consequent weight is about 40 kgs. Atmosphere Art Deco / Design
