Elegant hand-knotted Boukhara rug, made of wool on a cotton foundation, featuring a beautiful density of approximately 490, 000 knots/m², a guarantee of finesse and quality of execution. Dimensions: 163 X 114 cm (including fringes). Its traditional repeating göl (iconic octagonal medallions) design unfolds with balance and precision on a field of deep cherry red and wine hues, subtly enhanced with touches of ivory and warm brown. These rich and warm tones add character and elegance, while remaining easy to integrate into both contemporary and classic interiors. The dense, silky pile is in perfect condition, very lightly used — probably displayed hanging for a large part of its existence. No wear, homogeneous surface, impeccable condition. Note: Fringes are patinated, yellowed with age, without structural alteration. An ink stain is visible on the reverse, see the last scan.
