Set of four H Vestevig Eriksen chairs, Møbelfabrik. Denmark 60s

Set of 4 danish chairs from the 1960s. Frame in solid rio rosewood. The side legs are joined by spacers and the armrests. The original upholstered seats are in black imitation leather. The curved backrests are unpadded. Original edition circa 1960. Produced by brdr. Tromborg's eftf. Møbelfabrik vestervig eriksen, near aarhus. Each chair is stamped h. Verstervig heriksen on the back. Height: 76 cm. Width: 47 cm. Depth: 46 cm. Excellent condition with some traces of time here and there, these chairs are almost 70 years old. The chairs have been oiled and waxed with antique wax (on the wooden parts). The rio rosewood table by carlo jensen (made by poul hundevad & co - model 240) - same period - and chosen to make a set with these chairs (last photos) is also available in the list of my other items for sale.
