Superb and very rare pair of bridge armchairs circa 1950 at the junction between art deco and modernism, during the reconstruction period, attributed to maison morel lab (brother-in-law of andré sornay), its design is characteristic. Of very high quality with its solid mahogany structure (note the beautiful work of the armrests as well as the full-height uprights of the backrests), seats and backrests entirely redone by an upholsterer for the sale and covered with an ecru chenille velvet (silver studding on the front legs). Height of the backrest 86 cm, of the seat 44 cm, width 55 cm (between the armrests 43 cm), depth 57 cm. Obviously in excellent condition with a very beautiful patina, this pair of bridge with a fluid and minimalist design will bring a lot of chic to your interior, in a living room, an office or even a bedroom.
