Authentic and rare garden set from the famous Arras factory (Saint-Sauveur Factory), dating from the late 19th century or the very early 20th century (circa 1900). This set, made of riveted wrought iron with hollow semi-round iron slats (a technical characteristic specific to Arras production), consists of: A bistro table with a square top, resting on an elegant central base with double intertwined volutes. Two armchairs with curved seats and backs, offering great comfort and a timeless style. Major authenticity guarantees: The original brass manufacturer’s plate, riveted, is perfectly preserved on the back of the chairs, bearing the inscription: "Société Anonyme de Saint-Sauveur Arras". The iconic "horse hoof" feet (or slipper feet), an exclusive visual signature highly sought after by collectors of this prestigious manufacturer. Condition and patina: The set is in superb condition for use. It has withstood the test of time while retaining its original, sound, and robust structure. It features a magnificent and authentic surface rust patina that gives it all its historical charm. Deliberately left "in its juice", it has undergone no modern stripping or recent painting to preserve its historical and financial value. A prestigious set ideal for enhancing a terrace, winter garden, or conservatory.
