1950s metal magazine rack with imitation leather and bamboo

Lacquered metal magazine rack. Trompe l'oeil, imitating bamboo and equestrian leather straps. Circa 1950. No signature or visible label. The few examples sold on the market are usually attributed for the design to Jacques Adnet, in the style of productions for the house of Hermès. This is an unknown production probably French or Italian of the 50s. Height 34 cm, length 46 cm, depth 26 cm. Weight 2.5 kg. Very beautiful, entirely in metal. Good general condition, see the photos: some surface rubbing, missing lacquer and small dents, no major defects. Solid, old object, which has been used, see the photos.
