Large Table Lamp with illuminated Glass Base from Glashütte Limburg, 1960s

This impressive table light was manufactured by Glashütte Limburg in West-Germany during the 1960s. The high-quality piece features an illuminated base of hand-blown glass and a three-armed brass metal bulb socket. The lower finish consists of a disc-shaped brass metal base. The lamp can be opened on the underside to allow the replacement of the inner bulb. Both light sources (shade and base) can be switched separately. The lamp comes with the original fabric lampshade in a light beige tone and is in excellent original condition.
