St Hubert walnut sideboard

Very old 2-door/2-drawer sideboard, topped with shelves, all in walnut. Drawers mounted in dovetail, wooden pendant handle. 2 opening doors, blackened wooden frame, round wooden handles. Shelf and cabinet base in varnished solid wood. Louis philippe style base. Upper part composed of 2 shelves topped with a sculpted pediment; pretty floral motifs, carved acanthus leaf wood, reliefs and scrolls in blackened wood. Superb saint hubert piece of furniture in walnut from the end of the 19th century, in very good general condition. Note a few scattered woodworm holes, 2 small lacks of material on the front left foot. The interior of the drawers and the interior shelves have been sanded and varnished in colorless. The top and shelves show signs of use, halos, small defects of time which highlight the natural patina. Fully treated furniture, waxed finish. Possibility to disassemble the upper part to facilitate delivery. Height of the top; 112 cm. Interior of the drawers; 52x43x10 cm.
