Vintage Mid-Century Modern Brown Leather Heart-shaped Lounge Chair, 1960s, Set of 2

This pair of rare armchairs was produced in denmark during the 1960s. This set has been upholstered in high-quality deeply sewn natural leather in dark chocolate colour. The armrests are wide, half-round, and quilted. The thick pads of the seat and backrest are loosely placed. The slide down line of the sides closes seats in a surreal shape resembling two halves of the heart. In addition, the low and geometric form of furniture refers to the iconic club chairs. The attached outside legs are made of solid wood in dark brown. This original set will complement many arrangements. This set is in original vintage condition. They have traces related to age, cracks on the leather, scratches and a natural patina. The seat height is 40 cm.
