Smoking set "Fabio Manlio Ciocca" for Guzzini – Italy, 1970s

Superb set consisting of a lighter and an ashtray, designed by Fabio Manlio Ciocca for Guzzini. Both pieces display the designer's visual signature: solid transparent acrylic, clean lines, and elegantly contrasting chrome metal inserts. The lighter, in exceptional condition, still has the original Guzzini sticker and the Italian customs import sticker, indicating an item that has never been used, extremely rare in this state of preservation. The ashtray features the same construction of perfectly cut acrylic blocks, with a square faceted metal insert, typical of Ciocca's futuristic and minimalist vocabulary. A collectible set, perfectly representative of Italian design from the 1970s.
