Vintage desk

1950s school desk/pupil's desk in perfect condition. Top and seat made of solid oak. The tubular structure is made of steel and features a satchel holder. The seat and top are height-adjustable to accommodate the child's age. The heights are easily adjustable using a butterfly screw (see photos). This desk also has a groove for a pen and an original porcelain inkwell. There is also a sliding inkwell cover, which at the time prevented the ink from drying out. Table height can range from 58cm to 76cm. Seat height ranges from 28.5cm to 44cm. Treated, sanded, and protected, this desk is a rare period piece maintained in impeccable condition.
