Limoges porcelain door handles

Very nice white porcelain and gold metal door handles. They are stamped JM Limoges on the porcelain parts. According to my research, these are the j institutions. Merigous. Jacques Merigous took over his father's table porcelain design business (started in 1895) and specialized in the production of door handles in 1954 and in particular by bringing up to date the oval handles that adorned houses at the beginning of the 20th century. So, although I thought they were older, these handles would date from after 1954, but given the patina of the metal of one of the pairs, they are not recent, maybe from the 60s or 70s. They are strictly identical in shape. The metal may be brass, but I'd rather go for bronze because it has developed a patina over time but I didn't find any traces of blue corrosion typical of alloys with more copper. They can be dismantled, the knob at the end can be unscrewed and the porcelain part can be removed. The porcelain parts are in very good condition, no cracks, no chips, just slight black marks that testify to an overly abrasive cleaning on one of them, but not very visible and easily hidden, just use the handle by placing this side towards the ground. The metal is more patinated on one of the pairs, and has remained brighter, more golden on the other pair. You will have to find the rods to assemble them on a door as well as the rosettes that adorned the doors at the base of the handles, but this must be relatively easy to find in a DIY store since this company still exists, and it even endures in a beautiful way (leader in its market, obtaining the geographical indication of Limoges porcelain...). They are approximately 10 cm long between the end and the elbow, and 3 cm long between the elbow and the other end (door mounting side).
